AIM for Program Leaders
How does our music program maximise positive outcomes for young people?
AIM's commitment to music for social action leaders
AIM is committed to executive and artistic leaders who are passionate about enabling transformational learning environments for their students. We provide thought-partnership, matchmaking and space to help you address real-life challenges of running a music for social action program, and we generate collective projects that build leadership communities and field learning. Whether frustrated by the gap between your vision and program realities, or a field leader ready to share your learnings with others, you deserve more encouragement, community and tools to help advance your mission.
Power Hours
Register your interest in Power Hours! A ‘nutrient boost’ of leadership support to help you increase positive outcomes for young people. Choose the person, course or support you need, or ask us to help you identify key needs and the right support that will make a big difference. This year we have a rolling call for expressions of interest, and even if Power Hours are not possible for you this year, it's a good way for us to get to know you!
